The first step to declaring the Political Science major; obtain your faculty advisor's signature, then make an appointment to submit it in person to Alexandra Davidovich, the Undergraduate Student Services Officer, or email the completed and signed form to her at adavido [at] stanford.edu (adavido[at]stanford[dot]edu).

Petition a course toward the Political Science major or minor requirements; submit via email or in person to adavido [at] stanford.edu (Alexandra Davidovich), the Undergraduate Student Services Officer. 

Complete and submit this form if you are intending to enroll in a directed reading/independent study in Political Science (PoliSci 219, 229, 239, 249, or 259). This form must be submitted via email or in person to adavido [at] stanford.edu (Alexandra Davidovich), the Undergraduate Student Services Officer, no later than the end of week one of the quarter in which you intend to take the directed reading.

Political Science majors may apply to the Research Honors Program during Winter quarter of junior year.

Curricular Practical Training units are for international students who need to be enrolled in units for an internship/employment. This form must be submitted to adavido [at] stanford.edu (Alexandra Davidovich), the Undergraduate Student Services Officer, no later than the end of week one of the quarter in which you intend to enroll. If the CPT is for Summer, the form must be submitted by May 31. The Political Science CPT course is PoliSci 209.
